Insurances
Progress Car Rental offers rates with Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). Customer’s financial responsibility for damages in the rental vehicle is limited to the amount from 650 to 1500 euro. Customer may further reduce financial responsibility for damages by purchasing the Full Damage Waiver (FDW).
Methods of payment
Progress Car Rental accepts Visa and MasterCard. No American Express is accepted. Debit cards are accepted for payments only (not for preauthorisations). Also the customer has the option to pay for the car rental by cash (euro) upon arrival. If you are not a holder of a credit or debit card, please contact our office.
Driver's age
The minimum and maximum age of the driver varies depending on the type of the vehicle. It ranges from 23 to 75 years old. Please contact our office for further clarifications.
Equipment
Progress Car Rental offers baby seats and boosters. The customer must determine the age of the child and they are placed by the parent or guardian.
Driving License
Accepted driving licences which must be in the customer’s possession for at least 2 years. European Union driving licences are accepted. USA , Canada, Israel, Australia driving licences are accepted. Other countries, International driving licence is required.
Fuel policy
The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as delivered (Fair policy). In case the vehicle returns with less petrol, the customer pays only for the missing amount of petrol with no penalty. No refund is applicable for any additional unused fuel.
Border restrictions
The rented vehicle is forbidden to move across borders.
Office hours
Progress Car Rental operates 24 hours a day from Monday to Sunday.
Rentals between different stations
Rentals between different stations are allowed by contacting our office for further clarifications.
Charge outside working hours
Service outside working hours (between 22.00 and 8.00) is possible with an extra charge of 30 euros.
Replacement vehicle
In case of a mechanic failure, the vehicle is replacing on the next 24 hours.
Modification / Cancellation of reservation
48 hours before the pick up, there is no cancellation fee. Full refund in case of a deposit. Modification is acceptable at any time depending on availability.
